1.1. Subscription Definition: This Agreement pertains to the features of continuous, term-based access offered by ReelTales (the "Recurring Service").
1.2. Payment Consent: Activation of the Recurring Service constitutes the user's explicit and unqualified authorization for the designated payment method to be debited automatically at the onset of each subsequent billing interval (e.g., monthly, annually).
1.3. Immediate Effect: The commencement of the subscription and the associated benefits is synchronized with the successful processing of the initial payment.
2.1. Billing Window: To guarantee continuity of service, the payment for the subsequent term may be processed within the 24-hour window immediately preceding the current expiration date.
2.2. Payment Integrity: The User is responsible for ensuring the validity and solvency of the payment method on file with the App Store. ReelTales is not liable for service disruption caused by payment failure.
2.3. Price Changes: Should the subscription fee be revised, the new pricing structure will be applied only to the next scheduled renewal. The user must cancel before that date if they object to the updated fee.
3.1. Termination Procedure: The user retains the right to halt the automatic renewal at any time. This action must be performed through the user's personal App Store account management settings.
3.2. Critical Deadline: To successfully avoid the next charge, the user must execute the cancellation no less than 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the processing of the charge.
3.3. No Prorated Refund: Cancellation of the Recurring Service will not result in any reimbursement or prorated refund for any unused time remaining in the current billing cycle.
4.1. Compliance: The user warrants that their use of the subscription service will comply fully with all ReelTales Terms of Service and applicable law.
4.2. Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from the Recurring Service will adhere to the mandatory arbitration clauses established in the general User Agreement.
