1.1. Core Subject: This Policy exclusively details the regulations surrounding the acquisition and use of paid membership tiers and the proprietary digital token designated as Coins within the ReelTales application.
1.2. Interoperability: This document serves as an attachment to the overarching ReelTales Terms of Service. In instances of contradiction regarding financial and service entitlement issues, this specific Policy shall take precedence.
2.1. Designation: Coins are classified as a licensed right to access specific digital content within the ReelTales platform.
2.2. Zero Monetary Value: Coins are explicitly defined as having no redeemable value in real currency. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, nor can they be used outside of the application's digital perimeter.
2.3. Control and Expiration: ReelTales maintains the exclusive authority to manage the value, required amount for content access, and potential expiration of Coins. Purchased Coins are non-refundable.
3.1. External Billing: All financial processes, including sales confirmation and fund deduction, are conducted via the native billing gateway of the Google Play or Apple App Store.
3.2. Irreversible Purchases: Once a purchase transaction for Coins or a membership is completed and the corresponding service or asset is credited, the transaction is deemed final and cannot be reversed or refunded, except as strictly required by applicable law.
3.3. Pricing Determination: The Company reserves the unilateral right to adjust the pricing structure for all Premium Features and Coin bundles. Price changes will apply only to future purchases.
4.1. Access Privilege: Membership grants specific benefits (e.g., ad removal, high-definition viewing) which are time-bound and non-transferable.
4.2. Prohibition of Commercial Use: Membership rights are strictly limited to personal viewing. Any unauthorized sharing of account access or resale of membership benefits constitutes a material breach of this Policy.
4.3. Suspension of Rights: ReelTales may suspend or terminate membership access without refund if the user violates this Policy, engages in fraudulent activity, or initiates unauthorized payment disputes (chargebacks).
5.1. Non-Delivery Protocol: If a successful payment does not result in the correct crediting of Coins or membership benefits, users should utilize the in-app refresh feature or immediately contact support at contact@reeltales.info.
